We are delighted to have recruited Cheryl Teo who will be working with the property professional department and building relationships with her Chinese/ Malaysian clients. The core work includes commercial property valuation, rent reviews and lease renewal advice for properties in London. Along with assisting the commercial agency department from time to time, with letting and sales of commercial buildings in London.
Cheryl studied BSc in Real Estate at University of Reading and achieved the highest grade in property valuation along with previously achieving top grades in business foundation. Alongside her study, she gained experience through internship with one of the largest Chinese property developers, Country Garden.
Cheryl is working towards being qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
