Robert has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on a range of commercial property matters. Most of his career has centred around advising landlord and tenant clients on rent review and lease renewal cases on a variety of commercial uses, including retail, office, industrial and healthcare. Robert has considerable experience in acting as an expert witness on rent review and lease renewal disputes. This includes submitting expert witness reports for arbitration and independent expert determinations as well as attending court to give evidence on lease renewals.
Robert is also an RICS Registered Valuer and assists clients with a range of formal valuations for varying purposes including probate, matrimonial, pension fund and valuations for tax purposes.
Robert graduated from Kingston University in 2002 with a degree in Real Estate Management and became a Chartered Surveyor in 2004.
In recent times Robert has formed Medway & Law Chartered Surveyors and continues to represent a number of longstanding clients.
