The site is situated on the corner of Upper Richmond Road West and Clifford Avenue, amongst the amenities offered on Upper Richmond Road in East Sheen and close to both North Sheen and Mortlake mainline train stations (South Western Trains) and the A316.
Once Completed the offices will be self-contained and located on the ground floor. The space will be mainly open plan with fitted toilets and small kitchenette. Specification to be agreed whilst construction takes place.
Alternative uses will be considered under use class E.
